Lumingle LLC ("Lumingle USA", "we", "us") operates www.lumingleusa.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or apply to partner with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because the site itself is simple: it does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through the partnership application form or by email. That may include:
- Your name, role and work email address
- Your company name, website, country and current markets
- Details about your products, certifications, production capacity and launch timeline
- Anything else you include in your message
When you submit the form we also record the time of submission. We do not collect payment information, government identifiers or sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include them.
How we use it
- To evaluate your application and decide whether a partnership is a good fit
- To respond to you and communicate about a potential or existing partnership
- To keep records of our business relationships and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and read applications. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Formspree (form delivery) receives your form submission and forwards it to our mailbox
- Google Workspace (email) stores our correspondence with you
- Netlify (hosting) serves the website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or safety. If Lumingle LLC is ever acquired or merged, business records including applications may transfer to the successor, who will be bound by this policy.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and the providers above store data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Canada, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on your consent when you submit the form and on standard contractual safeguards with our providers.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to a partnership are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Records relating to an active or past partnership are kept for as long as needed for the relationship and for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to or restrict how we use it. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing partners [at] lumingleusa.com. We will respond within 30 days. You will not be treated differently for exercising a privacy right. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and our providers use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to applications to the people who need it.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
